TCHP is in the process of upgrading post-testing to a online survey format. Those that have this feature will take you directly to the survey. For those that do not have this feature yet, you will be taken to a fillable form.
- With the fillable form, avoid frustration by following these steps:
- FIRST save the e-post test to your desktop (see instructions).
- FILL it in
- SAVE the changes
- CLICK on the submit button at the bottom of the document
- If your post-test will not submit, attach the file you just saved to your desktop to an email to TCHP. Email to: [email protected]
- If your computer will not allow you to save any changes to the E-post test, PRINT your post test and either:
- Scan and email it as an attachment to TCHP (email to: [email protected]), or
- FAX it to TCHP at 612-873-1949, or
- Put it in the US Mail: Hennepin County Medical Center-TCHP Office, 701 Park Avenue-Mailcode SL220, Minneapolis, MN 55415
Please Note:
- If you purchase a home study using your PayPal account, you will be directed back to a confirmation page which will contain the password you need to open the home study--please wait for the re-direction. If you are not re-directed, please contact TCHP. Those using PayPal as a "guest" will receive a confirmation but will need to email or call TCHP for the password.
- Certificates of completion will be dated using the date that they are received by TCHP.
Perianesthesia Nursing Care Guide
Designed for departments within organizations, this 6 booklet learning system is available on CD. Your employees will read the booklets to learn about a wide variety of topics related to the perianesthesia care of patients--a great orientation tool! Employees can submit their post-tests with payment to TCHP if they wish to receive contact hours for their learning.
